Shipping & Returns
We are happy to provide free shipping on all prints to the continental United States (that’s right, free!). As we are a small (but mighty) team, we ask that you please allow 2-3 business days for processing of your order before shipping. Standard shipping rates apply to orders outside the continental United States and to all international orders.
Return and Exchange Policy:
· If your print is damaged upon arrival, we will happily exchange it for a new one, plain and simple.
· Standard Prints (not hand-signed):
o We will gladly take back all standard-edition prints for any reason for a full refund within 90 days of purchasing. We are unable to accept returns after 90 days. Please ensure that prints are returned with their certificate of authenticity.
· Special-Release Prints (hand-signed):
o We will accept returns of special-release prints within 90 days only if print is returned undamaged and includes all original packaging and certificate of authenticity. The Print Shop reserves the right to provide only a partial refund, store credit, or no refund if print is returned damaged by customer or without certificate of authenticity.
· Collectibles:
o All collectible sales are final. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any rare or limited-edition collectibles.
